Non-Profit/Government
- Diversity Champion (individual)
The process of nomination is easy.
- Complete the on-line nomination form and associated questions by 5pm on September 12.

- Provide follow-up documentation and examples to Chona Guang, AZSHRM Diversity Director, by 5pm on September 12.
- Applicable availability for voting committee clarification questions as needed.
